How to License your
NuGen Audio software
|
Please ensure that you have
downloaded and installed the most recent version of your product.
There
are two methods available for the licensing of your product. Off-line
and On-line.
On-line:
If the machine you wish to license your product to is connected to the
internet then we suggest that you use On-line licensing as the quickest
and simplest method.
Off-line:
If the machine you wish to license your product to is not connected to
the internet, you will need to use the Off-line method.
| | On-line licensing | - Open your
product and click the title to open up the licensing window.
- If you are
within the trial period, click the text 'xx uses remaining', if not,
click the text 'get license'
- Enter your
license code in the box provided - you may find that the simplest way
to do this is to 'cut and paste' from the email we sent you upon
completion of your purchase transaction.
- If
you wish to license the product to the machine you are using, click
'yes' to complete the licensing procedure.

| | Off-line Licensing |
For this method, the machine
you wish to license to must be off-line.
To unlock your product
off-line, you will need to generate your Unlock Code in the
web form below and then transfer this to
your off-line machine.
- Open your product on your off-line machine
and click the title to start the process.
- If you are within the trial period, click the
text 'xx uses remaining', if not, click the text 'get license', and
then click 'no' to remain off-line. then click 'continue'.
- Your product will now display the 'Product
ID'. Type this in the window above, exactly as
shown and then click 'continue' *
- Carefully enter your
machine key in the same manner.
- Now enter your License Code (you will find
this in the email we sent you confirming your purchase).
- Click the submit button above and your Unlock
Code will be generated. Enter this code into your product on your
off-line machine to complete the off-line licensing process. Please
take careful note of this code, you may only generate two Unlock Codes
using this process.
*(You may find it useful to cut and paste
these numbers into a text file transferring them using a USB memory key
or similar.)
