To update any NUGEN product (eg. 1.1 to 1.2), you can download and install the latest version from the 'My products' section of your user area, under 'Downloads'.

Our EDU program offers a 50% discount for institutions, faculty members and students, with proof of ID. There is an EDU order form for institutions, and one for students and teachers.
Bulk discounts are calculated on a case-by-case basis, but generally start at 5 licenses for the same product. Please email sales@nugenaudio.com for a quote.

License transfers are available for full software licenses only. NFR and educational licenses are not transferable.
Only the current version may be transferred. Upgraded (old licenses) are not available for transfer.
To transfer a license code to another user, the original owner should email support@nugenaudio.com providing:
- The email address associated with their NUGEN Audio account
- The license code to be transferred
- The email address of the new license owner

We offer two licensing methods, iLok and challenge response. Most NUGEN products can be licensed via either method, but some are limited to one.
iLok licenses can be deposited in one specific location using the iLok License Manager software provided by PACE. This is usually an iLok USB dongle, which allows for licenses to be moved easily between different locations. For further information please visit www.ilok.com.
Site licensing is available for multiple seat installations of 10 seats or more. Please email support@nugenaudio.com for further details.
If you have not received a license email
1. Please add 'support@nugenaudio.com' to your address book/safe list.
2. Click the 'Send Licensing information' in the 'My Licenses' section of your user account area.
3. Check your junk/spam email folder/s.
4. If you have still not received your license email after 20 minutes, please contact support@nugenaudio.com, advising which products were purchased, when they were purchased, where they were purchased from, and the payment method used.

Most of our products are compatible with Windows 7 and above, and Mac OSX 10.9 and above. AMB is not yet compatible with Mac OSX 11 and above. Specific system requirements are available on the individual product pages.
Most of our products now have native Apple silicon support. The only exceptions are Stereoizer Elements and SEQ-S, which can be run using Rosetta, and AMB which unfortunately is not compatible with Rosetta.
In general, our products are available in VST3, AU, AAX and AudioSuite format. Some are available as a standalone application. For specific products, please see individual product pages. For VST2 and RTAS, and 32-bit versions, please find legacy installers in the Buld Archive.
In order to completely remove NUGEN plug-ins from a Mac, you need to drag all plug-in files into the trash.
