NUGEN Audio is a friendly and enthusiastic software developer and publisher.  We create innovative, intuitive, professional audio tools for high-end music producers, post-production engineers and broadcasters. Our tools for audio analysis, loudness metering and correction, surround audio, mixing and mastering are used by the world’s top names in broadcast, music and audio production.

We are looking for someone who is excited by working with and creating audio in Digital Audio Workstations. You would spend approximately 10 hours per week helping us ensure our award winning audio tools meet our high levels of professional quality. You should be motivated to offer assistance to audio engineers from around the world using our software to deliver TV and radio programming for most major broadcasters, and cutting-edge music production.

Duties:

• First line technical customer support
• Order processing
• Product testing and verification

Full training will be given.

Skills Required:

• Audio production experience
• IT experience
• Good written English language skills
• Clear communication
• Work well in a small team environment

Terms:

• £10.15 per hour
• 8-15 hours per week, weekdays (negotiable)
• Based in our office in Leeds or remote
