Our panel will discuss NUGEN Audio’s new plug-in DialogCheck, and why there is a need for it in the current audio landscape (or perhaps whether there even is a need for it!). We will establish the wider cultural context (what really drives complaints from viewers?) and consider other tools and techniques for making speech more clear and intelligible within a mix (what skills can we hone in order to avoid completely relying on tools like DialogCheck?).
