NUGEN's reassurance

We know that this is a stressful time, but we also appreciate that many of our customers must continue working, and that many of you rely on the service that we provide.

 

Luckily, the full NUGEN team can work remotely, so we don't predict any reduction in customer support. The phones will be answered as normal, and you can still reach us by emailing support@nugenaudio.com.

 

We understand that many of our customers are also unexpectedly having to work remotely, so we are offering additional temporary licenses for plug-ins which you already own but can’t currently access.

 

Owners of iLok licenses can access temporary 2-month licenses for a number of our products* from their My Licenses page. Additionally, our Challenge Response license codes will now allow one additional authorisation.
