- The promoters are: NUGEN Audio, Airedale House, Business Centre, Burley, Leeds LS4 2EW.
- NUGEN Audio staff are not permitted to enter.
- The competition entry period is 18th May 2021 - 1st June 2021. No entries will be permitted outside this window.
- To enter the competition you must submit at least one photo of Paragon being used in your studio via our website or email. Full instructions available here.
- Multiple photo submissions are permitted. However, the same person cannot win multiple prizes.
- By entering the competition you are giving NUGEN Audio permission to use your submitted photos for marketing purposes.
- There will be 3 winners. First place - NUGEN Audio voucher + NUGEN audio swag bag (mask, tote bag, mug, earplugs, pens). Second place - $99 NUGEN Audio voucher + NUGEN audio swag bag. Third place - NUGEN Audio swag bag.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- No purchase is necessary to enter - you can use a free trial of Paragon to enter and anyone who has already received a free trial will be able to get another one (we are contacting these people via email with instructions for this).
- By entering this competition you give NUGEN Audio permission to contact you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- The winners will be chosen by a panel of 3 NUGEN Audio employees. Winners will be chosen based on the quality of images submitted.
- NUGEN Audio will notify the winner via their email address and arrange delivery of their prizes.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
