- The promoters are: NUGEN Audio, Airedale House, Business Centre, Burley, Leeds LS4 2EW
- Anyone connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- The prize draw entry period is 26th April 2021 - 10th May 2021 No entries will be permitted outside this window.
- To enter the prize draw you must complete the survey.
- There will be 3 winners - they can choose $499 of plug-ins for NUGEN Audio’s webshop (if they want to use this towards a larger purchase they can pay the difference).
- Entrants must be 18 or older.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- By entering this competition you give NUGEN Audio permission to contact you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- The winner will be chosen using a random number generator on 11th May.
- NUGEN Audio will notify the winner via their email address and arrange delivery of their voucher.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
